On the Back Step

This piece is of a corner in the backyard of the house I grew up in. During the summers in Michigan, we'd take all our indoor houseplants outside to finally enjoy the warm air and sunshine. The potted plants would sit on the step which was mostly in the shade of the overhang of our 1950's style home.
