Sunrise Collage

Sometimes while I am waiting for paint to dry I start working on a collage. I save scraps of colored paper, tissue paper, greeting card envelopes, anything that is a beautiful color that I might not always be able to recreate with paint. Collage is also a way for me to be more creative because some of the effects happen by accident and then I like to take it from there. This one is purely imaginary. It is made with paper, glue, and paint on a stretched canvas and is finished with a satin varhish.
