Peacock

The peacock is such a beautiful bird! In this painting I tried to capture the bird's head and body as realistically as possible with its brilliant blue color; I then abstracted the feathers so as to make them less prominent and to act as a frame around his body. It is an acrylic painting finished with a satin varnish.

This is a one of a kind artwork. I always sign my work on the back and usually on the front as well.
