Inspired to capture the natural confidence and beauty in the subject and enhance with my choice of mediums. I used wood board and a light stain to enhance the beauty of the wood, and a vintage rose tissue paper for the top and sunglasses, carefully placing so the lights in the pattern reflected the source of light in the image. I then chose a gold leaf to introduce a little contrast to the monochrome theme and then completed the work with oil paint.
