Mark Nelson

Before arriving to Chicago Nelson's childhood involved traveling extensively overseas. His earliest artwork began in the Republic of Panama, forged in the politically and socially charged arena of a 1970 - 1980’s Central America. Although Nelson's travels continue to bring him back to Panama, his Studio and permanent residence is located in Chicago’s historic neighborhood of Pilsen.
