My name is Maggie Dodge. I'm a multimedia ceramic artist who creates patchwork installations based on impermanence and nostalgia. Most of my childhood I spent moving which then influenced my view on familial emotions. Having bare walls became a symbol of uncertainty that translated into the need to have my work consume and overwhelm the space it inhabits. Utilizing materials like clay, flocking, fabric, recycled wood, and handmade paper. The use of varying and overlapping textures and surfaces connects my sculptural work to the textiles.

Nothing to see here... yet.
