In 2006, Jason sold his shares of Sunlighten, the health & wellness company he founded to pursue his dream of being a professional artist. In 2007, while living in New York City and making frequent visits to the Guggenheim, the MET, MoMA, and hundreds of fine art galleries, Jason inculcated his graphic design skills he acquired from his seven years at Sunlighten with a synthesis of ancient mysticism and abstract expressionism.
