Erwin List Sanchez
Erwin List Sanchez is a Mexican born artist residing in New York. His life size animal sculptures are inspired by nature and are made by forging and welding railroad spikes. He has been making sculptures with this material since 1996.
His very first figurative sculpture with track spikes was that of a porcupine. He has made works for conservation projects like The Janos Biosphere Reserve Northern Mexico.
