Night photography has come a long way. I took the original photo for this with my iPhone, late at night! And it was so perfectly developed...grainy, but it simply said "paint me"...so I did. The Crane must have known and posed exactly like that for me.
This is oil on my specially built Birch wood panel that is also framed in Oak.
