NC is a beautiful state, with beaches on the coast and mountains in the west. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a National Parkway and is noted for its scenic beauty. It is very crowded during the fall of the year because the colors of the leaves are breathtaking. I like to travel on the Parkway in the summer because there is very little traffic and it is still quite beautiful. I also love to see the wildflowers that aren't always blooming in the autumn. In this painting, I also attempted some Van Gogh elements. - This is an acrylic painting with a satin finish.
