I started this painting in 2015 and reworked it thru 2018. It grew out of one of my favorite images, Titian's Diana, a haunting picture. It then underwent a series of transformations & rearrangements completely obliterating its source, but throughout I feel the relationship remained. After all the changes, I still see Diana in there... [Oil on Rabbitskin-glue-sized Canvas]
