The new approach and style is evolving! I love it. It’s so raw and therapeutic. Very grateful for this process and creativity in general.

I again, started making a mess on canvas with a variety of media after an emotional few days leading up. Once that set I found some faces and shapes within that. I added some shapes on top to add some depth to how I saw my thoughts in the moment.

The depth and dimension of the few shapes represents the depth my thoughts go and within that, the depth of my analysis paralysis at times. This is a moment where it evolved into a positive but often, my analyzation can get me into much stress and anxiety.

This new process and style might just be what I’ve been seeking within🕺🏼
