Crying Woman
Two years ago, my husband and I married, a remarriage for both, late in life. Relationships with our children had been difficult enough, but within two weeks of the wedding, I was diagnosed with a spinal injury in two places, and my husband with cancer. He suggested I cope by "tending my easel". So I did. The image was inspired by Cynthia Erivo, significantly altered by my own emotion and persistence.

Emotional pain can be unbearable, yet it resonates in your therapeutic outcry.. I am sad to hear about your troubling health issues, as we often take wellness for granted. Yet, I am glad to hear you both have one another to lean on in finding love in your remarriage. Gratitude often aids us to find strength and hope. Life is never fair, yet we each do the best we can...

We do. Thank you for the support.
My husband and I remarried late in life, and he is the first to take an interest in my work. Makes me wish we had met 45 years ago :)

That's very flattering when someone shows interest and goes out of their way to make you feel SPECIAL... I understand how difficult it is a find that rare gem that is also your perfect match!
45 years ago, that's a very long time ago, yet at least you met him now, better late than never, LOL!!!
