Waves of Green
A highly abstracted landscape photographed from a moving car. Feeling of ocean waves coming to shore. This is part of my Wayside series of roadside landscapes photographed with a slow shutter speed in a fast moving vehicle. The results are painterly and unrepeatable. Larger sizes available. Yes, I love this piece. Is it encaustic and a photograph? I don't know enough about both mediums to understand this. Also, for me these are waves but hills or waves it succeeds!

Thx, Judith! It's a photograph. But for some reason, Altamira requires to know whether the materials are encaustic or wood panel. No other options, not even to leave blank. Alas, I hope they fix that.
