Oil painting on paper in white frame and mat, no glass. This is the backside view of a hotdog place named Joey's in Charleston, IL. It was right next to the graduate studios at Eastern Illinois University and was a spot I frequented often. It was (and is) very cheap, simple, and nostalgic.
