Abstract ammonite I

When I discovered acrylic pouring technique, I found a wonderful art technique that could allow me to express my creativity and at the same time keep me focused, and fairly anxiety-free in these complicated and challenging times. I enjoy the limited control I have on the flowing paints and like in a dance I try to establish a relationship with the medium, without over working the artwork and losing myself in the intricate ebbs and flows of the abstract patterns.
