Keeper Of Honourable Sleep

Originally completed in 2020 on loose canvas. I later mounted it to wood panel for an art exhibition. This composition came to me in a dream about a passage blocked by a door. On the door was a diagram and only when the diagram was solved would the door open.

I have to say, this painting looked so good on the gallery wall. Maybe it was the time of day and the way the light was coming through the windows. I couldn’t help focusing on it more than my other works.
