Entropy

This is a revision of a still life--originally a blue bowl of objects and paint brushes. The class was canceled, however, due to the beginning of Covid in early 2022. I went back in and tried to render an ars poetica for painting. The work is never finished yet the instruments for doing the work: in this case brushes, not words, remains as a reminder in the present, past, and future. I used a palette knife to work over marks left from the still life.
