Separation of Church & State

Been dealing with a lot of emotion, stress and anxiety from life… I had been scared to paint for some reason. Every time I had an opportunity, I would find something else to distract myself with.

Finally I had an idea while watching TV like 5-6 days before I made this. I wanted to do something different but something that made people think and made them feel some sort of emotion.

The face being separated from the eyes, for me, is everything that goes on in my mind doesn’t have to be facts, I can detach from it and still find my purpose, my why. My thoughts don’t have to define me.

Not when I combat them anyways haha
