My style Is evolving. After just eight months of painting it’s finally coming together. With this piece I wanted to focus on colors more than the piece itself.

I wanted to challenge you with colors. If you notice on the left I used the color to portray and abstract elbow, arm and hand grabbing the head and the face is portrayed as a result of that.

This is a reminder to me that not everything needs to be perfect. Things can be a mess and still make sense or we can learn from the mess. I struggle with anxiety and sometimes I can believe that I have control and that if things aren’t how I want them, then I try to make rearrange life to suit that… this is a piece to prove to myself that it doesn’t have to be exactly how I think or feel it should be.

This is an evolution of not only my style but I deep love for the creative nature within me.

Think it works, strong palette. Perhaps perfection, like beauty, is in "the eye of the beholder." In anywise, perfection, like many things, is overrated.
