All of the work generally speaking is looking for the essence of what being a painter in NYC means. This style has become a vessel for me to flesh out broader ideas of my experiences both living in NYC and travelling abroad during my younger years. This piece harkens back to a all to real and egotistical encounter I had whilst drinking at a bar in Park Slope.
