Via Palestro, San Gimignano

An original gouache painting of my favorite street in San Gimignano called Via Palestro. This gorgeous street is lined with trees on one side giving the feeling of being in the landscape of Italy whilst still being in a charming village landscape. I painted layers of impressionist style, tiny brushstrokes in layers to make the painting luminous and textural.
