"DIGITAL SADHANA"

One of the later pieces from the "On the Borders of Language" series, 1994-2000, a "sadhana" is a Hindu term for a progression of meditative, spiritual practices. The artist was a founder of an early Internet software start-up called, "Digital Frontiers". The "OBL" series addressed the development and spreading of language throughout different cultures over long periods of trade, exploration and conquest.
